This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Haven't posted in a while as I had put the camera down to concentrate on other things. Might be posting some stuff soon. Am a little upset that one of my prints was rejected as in my opinion the subject fell under public domain and is fair game for photographers. Shouldn't a landmark, that everyone and their uncle photographs be considered fair game? If it is copyrighted then who holds the copyright to it? Is Mount Rushmore or Stonehenge a copyrighted site or image? If I take a photograph of a geyser in a National Park who do I see about getting the release? It just seems wrong that a historical landmark on public display should be considered a copyright protected image. I took the photograph, I chose the perspective and the settings on my camera. That is all I can claim in that type of image, I have never claimed ownership of the object represented. Well nuf said, I can rant and rave all I like it won't change the fact that someone removed my print because they considered it an infringement of a copyrighted image. The Eiffel Tower is apparently protected against photographers who might want to get creative with it.
